I studied at Charles Sturt University and spent time in rural mixed practice in NSW before moving into small animal practice in Victoria when I was starting a family. I then met the lovely Dr Kim Lim who opened my world to the beauty of animal biomechanics and integrative medicine. I attained a Graduate Diploma in Animal Biomechanical Medicine and started my consulting business servicing Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula treating mainly dogs and horses.
I am particularly fond of old dogs and helping them with their mobility as they age. I try to encompass a whole health approach, including preventative care, nutrition advice, premium laser therapy, chiropractic and osteopathic therapies to ensure your pets are living their best lives.
I am committed to excellence and continuously update my knowledge and skills. The list is seriously long on what else I want to learn to help your pets. I will be studying forever.
As an integrative vet, I am open to conventional and non-conventional practices, whatever works best for your family in the end. All I want is the best for you and your pet and strive to offer the highest standard of care. Your pet’s health and happiness are my top priority, and I am dedicated to helping them lead a fulfilling and active life.
Everything I have done in veterinary medicine is because of this face above. She helped me become a vet, and as she aged I saw the true benefit of ABM and a whole health approach. She taught me to understand that every pet deserves the best possible care and I treat each pet as an individual, taking the necessary time to get to know them and their unique needs. I also strive to develop a strong relationship with you, the pet parent, because your guidance is invaluable to their therapy. It is always a team effort, and together, we can ensure that your pet enjoys a vibrant and pain-free life.
